Feel confident shopping with us, knowing that all items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Please ensure that you return the item unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags (if applicable). 

Due to the personal nature of cloth diapering, we cannot accept returns that have been used, washed or have a odor. (Perfume, Air freshener, Cigarette smoke etc) 

Our return policy ensures buyers have the freedom to securely return purchases. All return postage is the buyer's responsibility, for ultimate control over transactions.

If items exceed our return/exchange policy, we can not return them unless you cover the shipping cost for us to send it back to you.
