Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship the next day. Orders placed Friday after 10am EST, Saturday, or Sunday will not ship until the following business day.
Shipping is charged by weight. Orders under 16 ounces will ship USPS First Class. The minimum shipping charge is $2.89. Larger orders will ship USPS Priority Mail. The price starts at $7.55.
First Class & Priority provide a tracking number that will be emailed to the email address on the order. Most orders are received in the USA within 4/6 days after it has shipped.

You can order directly from the site and your shipping charges will be automatically calculated by the mailing system.
Please note as the customer you are responsible for import costs, currency exchange rates, taxes, duties and customs of your order. These costs are in addition to the shipping and handling fees paid during checkout. These fees vary from region to region. If you refuse a delivery, any shipping charges, custom fees and return shipping will not be refunded.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error, HBH is not obligated to reship the package. Buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping costs.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Please call your local post office and ask about your package. Have your tracking number ready, as well as the tracking information that can be found on USPS.com. Most packages are found with only a slight delay in delivery.Missing Packages: We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages. (But we will make every effort to help you find it!) Customers are responsible for filing a claim to USPS as long as a delivery confirmation has been issued by USPS.
Manufacturer Defects & Warranty
Happy BeeHinds provides product warranty for 30 days starting from the date that you receive your item. Warranty covers manufacturing defects: PUL delaminating, stitching, seams, elastics as well as product components such as snaps, hook & loop closures and fabric. For manufacturer defects, we will provide free diaper replacement or store credit.
Our warranty does NOT cover: Leaks, odor issues, repelling, staining, fading, delamination past 6 months of purchase, elastic issues past three months of purchase, fit issues, excessive wear and tear
We accept returns for full refund of the item price within 14 days. Returns must be in original packaging (if applicable), unused, unwashed, and not "prepped". Due to the personal nature of cloth diapering, we cannot accept returns that have been used. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay return postage.
Items sent back to us that fall beyond our return/exchange policy will not be sent back unless you make arrangements for us to ship it back to you at your own expense.

Exchanges: Need to exchange a item? No problem! Please notate in your return package what product that you would like to exchange for. (Exchanged items should follow the guidelines for a return)
Order cancellation: HBH has the right to cancel any order including products out of stock, pricing discrepancies, shipping fee discrepancies etc.
Out of stock: HBH will refund out of stock or we will substitute out of stock items for a like print if available. Please make a comment in the notes at checkout for substitute prints.
Local Pick Up: We currently do not offer local pick-ups and ship all packages.
