Shipping & Warranty Information

Orders made Sunday-Thursday will be sent the next day. Orders made on Fridays or Saturdays will be sent the next working day.

For orders weighing up to 16oz, we offer shipping via USPS Ground Advantage starting at $4.75. Larger orders can be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, starting at $6.95.

Your order will usually arrive in the USA within four to six days of shipment, and we'll email you a tracking number to keep you updated.

Protect your shipments with Navidium Shipping Insurance - it provides coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen items. We highly recommend this insurance option.

We may combine items for orders made close together to reduce delivery times, but shipping costs will not be affected.

We cannot be responsible for reshipping costs due to an incorrect customer address or any other delivery issues.
 

After packages are delivered to the shipping agency, HBH is unable to provide support. If you have a missing package marked as 'delivered', we can help you file a claim during the resolution process.

Customers must understand and handle the costs of importation, currency exchange, taxes, duties, and customs when ordering.

Make sure to check with your local authorities for any additional shipping and handling fees, which can vary from area to area and may be up to 80% of the total price of the order.

Refusal of delivery will result in non-refundable shipping fees, custom fees, and return shipping expenses.

 

Manufacturer Defects & Warranty

Happy BeeHinds offers a 30-day warranty from the day of receipt for product defects such as PUL delaminating, stitching, seams, elastics, snaps, hook & loop closures, and fabric. For any manufacturing defects, customers can obtain a free replacement diaper or store credit.

Our warranty excludes any leaks, odor issues, repelling, staining, fading, elastic issues after three months of purchase, delamination beyond six months of purchase, fit problems, and overly-worn conditions.

Order cancellation: HBH reserves the right to cancel any order due to out-of-stock merchandise, pricing inconsistencies, shipping fee discrepancies, etc.

Out of stock: In the event that an item is out of stock, HBH will refund the customer or substitute it for an identical pattern, if one is available.

Local Pick Up: All packages are shipped; we do not offer local pick-up.
